Lie Blind Jams to Double Up

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

After a limp from one player, Brett Manlove raised to 250,000 from late position. Action folded to Aylar Lie in the big blind, who moved all in with 330,000 behind. Action folded back around to Manlove, who made the call.

"I didn't look at my cards," Lie told the table, "I'm never folding in that spot. I can't fold."

"If you fold there you never win this tournament," another player at the tabled agreed.

Aylar Lie: {8-Spades}{4-Hearts}
Brett Manlove: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}

Lie was in poor position, and it seemed the end of her tournament run was imminent. The {a-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{5-Spades} flop pair her four, but she would still need more help to stay alive. The {10-Hearts} turn was of no help, but the {8-Hearts} river gave her two pair, enough to bust Manlove's sixes, stay in the tournament, and double up.
