Both players checked and Smile turned over

On the next hand, Winter raised to 60,000 in the hijack after a couple of limpers. Brian Rast called on the button and the limpers folded. The flop fell 
and Winter checked to Rast who bet 90,000. Winter folded but questioned Rast on his holding.
