Nowak Gets Away From Queens

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

After a raise to 6,500 from a player in early position, Melvin Inouye just called in middle position, so did John Nowak from the button. Action was on Sam Capra from the big blind, and he decided to move all-in for 60,000. The original raiser folded, then, Inouye snap-moved all in also. Nowak went into the tank.

After two good minutes, he finally folded face up {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} which shocked everbody on the the table. But then, when the two all-in players showed their cards, it was different.

Sam Capra: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Melvin Inouye: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

The board came {5-Spades}{7-Spades}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{k-Spades} and Inouye made an ace high flush. Nowak could be happy after all, the hand right before, he doubled up against two players in a crazy hand with three players all in on a {k-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{q-Spades}

John Nowak: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
David Levy: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Mikael Grönvik: {8-Spades}{6-Spades}

The {9-Clubs} turn and the {q-Hearts} river secured the triple up for Nowak.
