Zazaian Triples Up

Level 16

Big O

Three players had their chips in the middle preflop. Matthew Zazaian was all in for 52,500, Eugene Katchalov in the small blind for 110,500, and Daniel Vitello in the hijack covered the other players.

Matthew Zazaian: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Eugene Katchalov: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Daniel Vitello: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs}

Vitello was ahead preflop with pocket aces, but Katchalov flopped the joint on the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for the nut flush, however, Zazaian was not ready to be beaten.

The last two streets were {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} to give Zazaian a runner-runner full house to triple up. Katchalov made a tiny bit of profit on the hand but Vitello is now short with 17,000.
