Furay Loses Ace King Against Ace King

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action with two players all in before the flop. Barry Schultz put his last 91,000 chips into the middle. He was at risk and Furay called, with 170,000 in total.

Barry Schultz: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Rick Furay: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

This hand is supposed to be split a lot of time, but not today. The dealer proposed a {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Diamonds} board, which gave a flush for Schultz with the king.

No chop pot, and Schultz finally found a full double up.

Lexy Gavin

Lexy Gavin wasn't having the right kind of luck after shoving all her chips in on the second of three day ones of this event.

Gavin was on the small blind when the hijack raised to 5,500 and Andy Jiang called in the cutoff. Gavin decided this was her time and claimed her all-in status when she pushed her 21,000 in front of her. The hijack folded but Jiang called.

Gavin had her film crew and entourage with her and she whipped out her selfie-stick and started recording the goings-on just before the board came out.

Andy Jiang: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Lexy Gavin: {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The board came out showing {2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Gavin was now out of the tournament.

Nezer Survives With The Best Hand

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

In early position, Anastasija Zavorotnaja opened to 5,000 and the player just after her made it to 15,000. The player in the button called, before Or Nezer in the blinds announced all-in with around 30,000. Zavorotnaja folded but the player just after her announced all in. The button player folded and both players could show their cards.
