Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Magnus Carlsen and Ben Sarnoff were heads up and looking at a board of {9-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}.

With about 18,000 in the pot, Carlsen checked from the small blind to see Ben Sarnoff bet 3,200 from the cutoff. Carlsen knows how to put his opponent in "check," and he sprung to life with a "discovered attack" by check-raising to 8,200. Sarnoff made the call.

The river {4-Diamonds} hit the felt and completed the board. Carlsen led for 15,000. Sarnoff thought for about 90 seconds before eventually tossing in the call.

"Good call," said Carlsen, showing {5-Spades}{4-Spades}.

Sarnoff showed {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for flopped two pair and the winner.
