Smidinger Gets the Best of Lopes Again

A player in late position opened for 1,000 and was called by the hijack, cutoff, Gustavo Lopes in the small blind, and Eric Smidinger in the big blind.

turn, Lopes bet 1,800. Smidinger raised to 4,200 and it folded around back to Lopes, who called.
On the 
river, Lopes fired a small bet of 1,000. Smidinger put in three red chips, more than covering Lopes' stack.
