Decalo Chips Up

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

In preflop action, Niv Decalo raised to 5,000 from under the gun and received a call from Jared Hyman to his right along with both of the blinds. The flop came down {9-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Decalo bet 5,000, which was raised to 14,000 by Hyman. Both of the blinds folded and Decalo called.

A {6-Hearts} showed up on the turn and Decalo check-called Hyman's 18,000 bet.

Both checked the {10-Clubs} on the river and showed their hands. Hyman flipped up {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} which was no good against Decalo's pocket pair {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} that took down the pot.
