There were two players on neighbouring tables who essentially pushed all-in and kept a single chip behind while on the pay jump. One of them was Johan Schumacher in the cutoff, who had invested 1,550,000 with 5,000 behind. On the button, Andy Taylor pushed all-in to isolate and Schumacher went into the tank.
While glancing over at the other table and even asking if there was an all-in and call, he grabbed his smart phone and typed a few messages in WhatsApp before then calling it off following the double-up of the other player.
