Patrick Hagenlocher led out for 21,000 from late position. This sent his opponent, the cutoff, into the tank for several minutes. He emerged by slamming his remaining chips into the middle, moving all in for 53,800. After a minute or so, Hagenlocher made the call with his opponent covered.

Hagenlocher was in rough shape, but when the river hit the table, he had the nut straight. "Fuck me!" exclaimed his opponent, "How can you call that?" he asked, in disbelief. Hagenlocher scooped the big pot to add to his stack, which is among the biggest in the room.
