Mizrachi Chips Up

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Majid Yahyaei raised to 3,000 in early position and received a call from big blind, Robert Mizrachi. The flop came down {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Mizrachi check-called Bako's 2,500 bet.

The turn was an {a-Clubs} and both Mizrachi and Yahyaei checked.

The {q-Hearts} river had them both checking again and Mizrachi showed {7-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a flush which was good to take down the pot.

Tafalla Busts Shen

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Alvin Tafalla raised to 3,000 and Roland Shen made a three-bet for 10,000 in the hijack, with 10,300 left behind. It came back to Tafalla who thought about his move for a minute and made a raise, putting Shen at risk. The latter called and they tabled their cards:

Roland Shen: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Alvin Tafalla: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

Shen had to win the flip to stay in the tournament but the board revealed {8-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} to give the winning hand to Tafalla and send Shen to the exit.

Pinaud and Ho Chop One Up

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Thomas Pinaud opened to 3,000 in middle position and Kyle Ho flat-called on the button. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {6-Hearts} on the turn.

Pinaud checked again and Ho dropped in a bet of 4,000. Pinaud called and the {a-Spades} completed the board. Pinaud thought for a moment before checking one more time. Ho made another bet of 10,000 and Pinaud quickly called. Ho turned over {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and Pinaud matched him with the {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}.

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Sherry Hammers opened to 2,700 in the cutoff and it folded to the big blind who tanked for some time before shoving for stack worth 58,000. It was snap-called by Hammers with a slightly higher stack for the following showdown:

Sherry Hammers: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Big Blind: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

Hammers didn't find any bad surprise throughout a board {8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs}{7-Hearts} to take down the pot and bust her opponent.
