Early Blood for Brunner

Level 1

Pot-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Christopher Lindner raised to 500 on the button and got a call from Brian Brunner in the small blind. Each player drew two cards.

Brunner check-called a bet of 1,200 and then each player drew one.

Brunner checked again and Lindner bet 3,000. Brunner check-raised to 7,500 and Lindner called.

After Brunner patted and Lindner drew one card, Brunner led for 11,000 and got a fold from Lindner to earn a decent-sized early pot.

Level 1

No-Limit 5 Card Draw

Jordan Zucker raised to 700 on the button and got a call from Kevin Gerhart in the big blind. Gerhart drew two while Zucker drew three.

After the draw, Gerhart checked and Zucker bet 1,600, which Gerhart check-raised to 5,500. Zucker came back with another raise to 15,000.

Gerhart begrudgingly tossed in a call to see Zucker's 444JJ for a full house. Gerhart tossed his 888 face up toward the muck along with his other two cards.

Bronshtein Calls for Blood, Gets Sliced Himself

Level 2

Pot-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Yuval Bronshtein sorted through the game plaques and declared "all right, it's time for someone to go home," as he selected the game known as "Blood" for it's tendency to create large messy pots and potentially send people home.

In the first hand of the orbit, Jordan Zucker opened to 700 and got raised by Bronshtein to 1,500. Kevin Gerhart then said, "you heard the man, time for someone to go home," and raised to 5,500.

Zucker quickly folded, as did Bronshtein to send the pot to Gerhart who showed 7632Xx as he collected the chips.
