The 7♥ paired the board on the river and Navarro announced "same bet" as he pushed out 45,000 in red chips. His opponent took a few seconds and made the call.

Navarro tabled 8♥7♠ for trip sevens on the river, and his opponent tossed his cards into the muck, sending a pot over 200,000 his way.
