With one bet each three ways to the 10544 turn, the action was checked through and the J fell on the river. Ben Lamb bet and Jake Liebeskind called. Lamb tabled his AKK8 for kings up and Liebeskind mucked the AxJx7x2x.

Shortly after on a four-way flop of AQ5, it checked to James Chen (US) and he bet for James Obst, George Wolff and Liebeskind to call. After the 5 turn, Obst and Liebeskind check-called a bet by Chen once more with the latter being all-in for the last few chips.

That led to the K river on which Obst checked. Chen bet once more and the Aussie reluctantly folded.

Chen tabled his QQJ9 for queens full of fives and the A10107 of Liebeskind was no good as he hit the rail. Moments later, Mike Matusow lost his last few chips to Zachary Freeman and the field was reduced to the last 36 hopefuls with 32 spots paid.

It was heads-up by the river in a hand between Craig Chait and David Williams on a board that read 9J1054.

Chait checked to Williams who put out a bet, which Chait was deliberating on whether to call, or not.

"Are you bluffing me?" Chait asked Williams, who declined to answer. Chait put in the call and Williams showed down A1093 for two pair.

"I guess you were being honest," Chait said before mucking.

Kosei Ichinose had previously survived an all-in showdown to chip up by a small margin and then got it in with the AKJ3 against fellow short stack Robert Yass.

The latter revealed the KQ72 and made superior two pair on the K9873 board, as Ichinose's rivered kings and treys were no good.

More for Chait; Five Tables Remain

Level 15 : Limits 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Pascal Leyo pondered about his decision on the K1087A river when he had checked and Craig Chait bet on the button. The Frenchman then mentioned that the ace was a bad card and mucked the 1010 face-up. "I also had a low but you probably had a better one," Leyo added.

In the meanwhile, Robert Campbell was eliminated by David Williams when he could not beat the K996 on a board of K92QJ. Ari Engel followed to the rail shortly after to reduce the field to 39 hopefuls.
