Becker Catches Kerbel Bluffing

Three ways to the 9♦7♥3♠ flop, James Chen bet and Jay Kerbel raised. Johannes Becker made it three bets to force out Chen while Kerbel four-bet and earned a call from Becker.

Both checked the J♦ turn and Becker also checked the K♠ river. Kerbel bet and Becker called after 30 seconds to get shown the A♣10♣6♣3♣ by Kerbel, which was beaten by Becker's A♦9♣4♠2♠ for just a pair of nines.

One hand later, Johannes Becker raised and Kyle Cartwright three-bet on the button for the German to call. They headed to the Q♥8♦7♦ flop on which Becker check-called a bet. Both checked the 7♠ turn and Becker bet the ]2h] river, forcing out Cartwright.

Cartwright Wins One; Velador Scoops Four-Way Pot

James Obst raised and called a three-bet by Kyle Cartwright in the cutoff. On the 9♠5♥2♦ flop, Obst check-called and then check-folded the 4♣ turn to a second barrel.

Shortly after, Jay Kerbel raised and received no fewer than three callers in Luis Velador, James Chen and Obst.

The Q♠8♦5♦ flop was checked to Kerbel and his bet was called three ways. Chen then bet the 9♥ turn out of the small blind, earning a call from Velador only. The A♠ fell on the river and Kerbel sighed visibly. Chen checked and Velador bet to force a reluctant fold from Chen, resulting in even more agony for Kerbel.

Williams and Seidel Chop-Up Hennigan's Chips

Erik Seidel raised from early position and was called by John Hennigan in the small blind and David Williams in the big blind.

The 7♠6♣A♦ flop checked through to the K♦ turn, where Seidel put out a bet and was called by both Hennigan and Williams.

The river brought the 4♠ and once again Hennigan and Williams checked to Seidel, who bet. This time Hennigan decided to check-raise and after some deliberation, was called by both Williams and Seidel.

Hennigan tabled A♠J♣4♣2♠ for two pair, aces and fours, while Seidel showed A♣K♣K♥2♣ for a set of kings
and Williams would take the low with J♦10♦5♣2♦.
