Jason Bullock and Greg Himmelbrand were intertwined in an all-in pot preflop where they thought they had the same hand, but that's rarely the case in Omaha.

Both players had aces with one suit and different danglers. The board came out no sweat, as they both flopped different wheel draws on 5♦Q♥2♠. The turn didn't change much when the 6♣ fell, but Bullock did make a wheel on the river when the 3♦ peeled.
Himmelbrand was left to do the accounting for how much of his stack was surrendered to Bullock and he promptly paid the man 667,000 from his stack, taking a huge hit.
