Liedtke Moves All-In, Hopes for the Double-Up
Level 14
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Mark Liedtke open jammed a short stack from early position and was promptly called by Thomas Ross in the small blind, who had Liedtke covered.
Mark Liedtke Q♥J♠
Thomas Ross K♠K♦
The flop of 4♣6♠A♥ was no help to Liedtke, but the door to victory would swing open ever so slightly on the Q♠ turn, providing Liedtke with five more cards to win. However, the 2♣ on the river would slam it shut, sending Liedtke to the rail.
