Mather Gets Both Halves
Level 5
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Action was picked up on the river between Bob Mather on the button, Barny Boatman in the cutoff and another player in late position.
On a board reading 5♠8♣Q♥6♠6♥, action checked around to Bob Mather who bet 2,000 and Boatman called.
Mather turned over 6♠5♥4♠3♥3♠ for sixes full with an eight six low, which was good against Boatman's A♣Q♠9♥7♥7♠ for a straight and an eight seven low, and Mather took down the pot.
