Yockey Gets Short and Recovers Some Chips

On a board of 8♠4♥3♠J♥Q♣, Bryce Yockey was all-in and earned one quarter of the pot with the A♥10♥4♣2♥ for a pair of fours and the nut low. Kristopher Tong earned three quarters with A♣J♦5♣2♣ for the superior pair and same nut low, leaving Yockey on a very short stack.
One hand later, Tong earned the full pot in a medium-sized pot versus Daniel Alaei with A♥A♦Q♦5♦ on a board of K♣Q♠7♠4♠8♥.
Alaei and Yockey then tangled in a heads-up pot when Alaei bet the A♥9♦7♥ flop and called a raise by Yockey. They checked the Q♦ turn and Alaei check-called the J♥ river. Yockey tabled his K♠10♠3♥2♥ for a flush and won the pot.
One table over, Keith Lehr was down to even fewer chips than Yockey and bowed out moments later.
