On fifth street, Wang got out of the way when he paired his eight after Mercier had bet. Rotholz then raised and Mercier got the remainder of his short stack into the middle.
Mercier was on thin ice on sixth street when he paired his trey while Rotholz improved further. Seventh street then paired up Mercier once more and he departed with a "Good luck guys".
Rotholz had seen his stack reduced prior to the dinner break but he has bounced back to an above-average stack now.
