James Obst raised to 80,000 and then called a pot-sized three-bet to 255,000 by Daniel Alaei in the small blind. The flop of J♣10♣9♥ was checked and Alaei also checked the 7♣ on the turn. Obst bet 250,000 and that won the pot.
One hand later, Josh Arieh raised the pot on the button into the big blind of Talal Shakerchi. The Brit folded and Arieh joked "I thought you were gonna do to me what you did to Nacho," referring to the hand that let the bubble burst on Day 3.
