The Biggest Pot of the Tournament; Four-Way All In
Level 29
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
James Clarke raised under the gun to 250,000, David Stearns called from middle position, as did Gunnar Wedde in the cutoff, and Shawn Stuart in the small blind.
The flop came 10♦9♥5♦. Stuart started proceedings by open jamming for 1,525,000. Clarke flat called the bet as did Stearns who called off for his last 1,100,000.
Gunnar Wedde then re-jammed over the top for 4,850,000. The action was back on Clarke who got several counts before finally deciding to call.
David Stearns: 9♦9♠
Gunnar Wedde: K♦J♦
Shawn Stuart: K♠10♣
James Clarke: A♥A♣
With this massive four-way all in, the dust settled with a 6♠ turn and a 4♥ river. A triple up for Stearns, a huge side pot for Clarke and both Wedde and Stuart hit the rail.
