Level 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Action was picked up on the turn with the board reading K♦6♥3♥K♥. Chris Brewer checked from the small blind and John Monnette bet 6,000, receiving a call from Brewer.
The river came the 8♠ and Brewer checked. Monnette fired again, this time for 16,000 and Brewer thought briefly about the decision before making the call.
Monnette tabled K♠3♠A♦A♠ for kings full of threes and Brewer quickly mucked his cards.
