After multiple limps including Josh Arieh, Sam Soverel, Dylan Weisman and Jordan Spurlin, Ka Kwan Lau raised the pot to 72,000 out of the big blind. Arieh from under the gun and Soverel called as they headed to the Q93 flop. Lau asked for the size of the pot and then bet 125,000 into 277,000, forcing out Arieh and earning a call from Soverel.

After the 9 turn, Lau bet another 175,000 and Soverel came along to the 10 on the river. Lau checked with 517,000 behind and chip leader Soverel pulled the trigger by moving all-in.

Lau used three time bank extensions and then called all-in as Soverel flung his Q1087 on the table. Lau had that beat with the KJ107 for a king-high straight and earned a huge double.

Despite losing this large pot, Soverel remained not far behind his opponent on the leaderboard.

"You called me with nothing?" Soverel joked.

Lau instantly replied "Nothing, I don't know."
