Klein Takes The Pot
Level 1
: 300/600, 0 ante
Morten Klein opened from the hijack, but Moshe Gavrieli three-bet on the button. In the big blind, Peter Rouviere didn't see that raise but called anyway, and Klein did too.
On 10♠6♥10♦, Gavrieli led again after two checks. But this time, only Klein called. The K♣ came on the turn, and the action was the same as on the flop: a bet from Gavrieli and a call.
On the river 5♥, Gavrieli bet a third time. Klein looked at the board and called. Gavrieli flipped 8♠7♠ for a missed straight draw. Klein took a few seconds to analyze the board and revealed A♠8♦, the winning hand.
