Diebold Saved by a Deuce
Level 13
Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better
Kyle Montgomery raised 42,000 to put Benjamin Diebold all in, and he called.
Benjamin Diebold: A♥10♦4♦2♣
Kyle Montgomery: A♦K♠8♥2♦
The flop came out 6♣3♣7♦ and Montgomery was ahead with ace-king high and a 7x6x3x2xAx low.
The 8♥ gave Montgomery a pair of eights to move further out in front, but then a 2♥ river counterfeited Montgomery's low and gave Diebold a life-saving chop. "Found a deuce!" he said.
