Tice Winds Up All In With Seven-Deuce

Landon Tice and Stephen Chidwick built a pot of 40,000 heading to the J♦9♠4♣ flop and checked through to the river on the A♣ turn.

The river came the 7♥ and Chidwick bet 20,000. Tice then announced he was all in and Chidwick tanked for a moment before calling off his last 97,000.

Tice showed 7♣2♦ and Chidwick took the pot with K♦9♥ for a pair of nines to double up.

"Sick one," Tice told Chidwick after the hand. "I didn't think I was going to end up all in with seven-deuce, but then the seven came."

Brewer Crawling Back to Even Against Smith

Chris Brewer checked his option in a limped pot against John Smith. The flop came 9♦3♣6♥, Brewer checked over to Smith who took the lead for 7,000. Brewer called and they went to a turn.

The 5♠ saw Brewer now check-raise the 15,000 turn bet from Smith to 60,000. Smith called down and they went to the river.

On the 4♠ Brewer placed a bet of 85,000. "Alright!" Smith exclaimed as he was forced to give up the pot.

Eychenne then three-bet to around 45,000 and Polk announced he was all in. Eychenne, with around 100,000 left, snap folded.

Negreanu Inching Back Into the Match

Daniel Negreanu limped in on the button and Roberto Perez raised it up to 21,000 from the big blind. Negreanu called and the flop of K♣10♦9♣ hit the felt. Perez continued with a bet of 11,000 and Negreanu just called.

The turn was the 6♥ and Perez slid out another bet of 32,000 which Negreanu still called. The 10♠ paired the board on the river and Perez slowed down with a check this time. Negreanu jammed all in for 95,600 and Perez used a time extension before dumping his cards to the muck.

Negreanu Runs Into a Higher Pair

Daniel Negreanu was all in for around 200,000 as Roberto Perez had him at risk.

"Do you have aces," Negreanu asked as he showed 5♠5♥. Perez didn't have aces, but he did have a higher pair with 9♠9♣.

"I'm going to need a five," Negreanu said as he began filming. The 9♥ fell in the window to give Perez a set, followed by the 10♥A♣.

"That's going to be a problem. Oh, I have hearts," Negreanu added.

The board ran out 4♦J♠ and Negreanu was eliminated.

Polk Gets Eychenne to Call Off

Doug Polk and Thomas Eychenne went to the river on a board of 4♦10♥9♦10♣3♥ when Eychenne bet 7,000. Polk then shoved all in and Eychenne went through several time banks before he called off his last 80,000.

"Ten," Polk announced, turning over 10♠5♥ for trips and Eychenne immediately threw his cards into the muck.

"Nice meeting you. Good luck on your journey to No. 1 in France," Polk said as he shook Eychenne's hand after the match.
