Down to 50,000, Joey Weissman moved all in from early position. He was called only by Nacho Barbero on the button.

Barbero hit a pair of deuces on the flop 9♥2♥4♣, but the turn card 9♦ and the river card 4♦ put two pair on the board. Both players had two pair with an ace, resulting in a split pot.

On the next hand, Weissman put all his chips in the middle for the second time from under the gun. His 75,000-chip stack was called by Barbero again and by Steven Miranda in the small blind.

On 4♦4♣6♦A♠5♦, Barbero and Miranda checked all the way through. At the showdown, Weissman showed Q♠8♠, but couldn't do much against Miranda's A♦J♥. Barbero looked at his cards one more time and mucked them to let the pot go to Miranda.

On a flop of 9♠4♦3♦, Masashi Oya fired a bet of 40,000 into the pot of about 110,000 and Daniel Negreanu made the call.

When the Q♠ fell on the turn, Oya check-called a bet of 150,000 from Negreanu.

The A♦ landed on the river and Oya checked once more before Negreanu fired a bet of 225,000. Oya went into the tank, and the dealer told him he had 10 seconds remaining and he tossed three time bank cards for an extra minute and a half. With a few seconds left, he flashed KxKx to Negreanu.

"Lucky the ace came," said Negreanu, as he tossed his cards into the muck, "Saved you chips."

After Lewis Spencer was quickly eliminated from the tournament, Mikita Badziakouski followed him a few minutes later.

Down to 50,000, he moved all in from the middle position and received a call from Jason Koon in the small blind and Pedro Garagnani in the big blind.

On the 8♠7♥Q♣ flop, Koon bet 50,000, and Garagnani folded.

"Three outs," said Koon to support Badziakouski. However, the Q♥ on the turn gave trips to Koon, leaving no chance for Badziakouski to win. The 6♣ landed on the river and Badziakouski took his bag to leave the area.

Wang check-raised to 155,000, forcing Eveslage out of the pot, and Jørstad made the call.

The 2♣ fell on the turn, and Wang continued for 230,000, which Jørstad called.

The A♥ river received checks from both players, and Wang tabled Q♦10♦, flopping top pair. Jørstad quickly showed K♣10♥, out-kicking him by one as he pulled in the pot.
