Get Ready for Action in [Online] $500 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo
While the World Series of Poker (WSOP) takes place in Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, the [Online] Event #6: $500 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo is about to get underway at 3:30 p.m. PDT and will award a bracelet to the eventual winner.
The sixth online bracelet event of the series, played on the WSOP.com client by players physically located in Nevada, will see players get a starting stack of 20,000 chips. Blinds will begin at 20/40 and will last eight minutes in duration with breaks at 55 minutes past the hour. Players are allowed up to three reentries and the reentry period will remain open for 140 minutes.
The tournament allows for a minimum of 12 entrants and a maximum of 7,000 entrants. As of an hour ahead of start time, 63 players had registered, so the minimum is covered.
Last year's version of this tournament attracted 1,746 runners to generate a prize pool of $785,700. The top prize of $132,783 and the gold bracelet went to Martin "115FTW" Stoyanov, who defeated Arkadiy "WBGTour" Tsinis during heads-up play to earn the runner-up finisher $81,870.

The action folded around to Yotam "P.Bateman" Shmuelov in the small blind who limped in and Scott "Maxstyle24" Horvath checked his option in the big blind.
The flop came 9♥7♥5♦ and Shmuelov led out for 150, which Horvath called. On the 6♥ turn Shmuelov slowed down with a check and Horvath bet out 300. Shmuelov called and the pair saw the K♥ river.
Shmuelov checked again and Horvath bet 600. Shmuelov quickly folded and the pot was sent to Horvath without showdown.

Fitzjarrald Fires Turn To Get The Job Done

In a four-way pot of 2,400 on a flop showing J♣6♠2♦, the big blind and "Mannie82" under the gun checked to Christopher "cfitzjarrald" Fitzjarrald next to act who bet out 1,600. The cutoff and big blind folded and "Mannie82" came along to the 4♥ turn.
"Mannie82" checked again and Fitzjarrald fired another bet, this time to 3,200. "Mannie82" contemplated their options, but eventually folded and the pot was sent to Fitzjarrald.

Kristian "Daaanutzzzzz" Michl opened to 700 from under the gun and "MrStayPuft" next to act and "docford" in the small blind made the call.
The flop fanned out J♥6♣4♣ and action checked to "MrStayPuft" who bet out 1,365. Both "docford" and Michl called and the trio saw the J♦ turn.
Once again play checked over to "MrStayPuft" who kept up the aggression with a bet of 4,550. "docford" folded and Michl check-jammed for 56,625, covering the 28,999 behind for "MrStayPuft", who went deep in the tank.
After using some time bank, "MrStayPuft" folded and the chips were sent to Michl who continues to climb up the leaderboard.
