Juen Check-Raises the Turn

Pete Chen opened up from early position to 500 and was called by a player on the button and Alban Juen in the big blind.
All three players saw a flop of 2♥5♦7♦ and after Juen checked, Chen fired a bet of 600. The player on the button called and Juen raised to 3,000, which both Chen and the button player called.
A 2♣ hit the the turn which drew checks from Juen and Chen and a 4,000-chip bet from the button. Juen then check-raised to 10,500 which forced folds from both Chen and the button player.
