Stamm Gets Value Out of Deeb

Shaun Deeb limped in from the small blind and David Stamm checked his option in the big blind. The 8♥8♣A♥ flop was subsequentially checked through before Deeb checked again on the 5♣ turn.
Stamm decided to put forth 100,000 chips, which Deeb called. On the J♣ river, Stamm sized up to 350,000. Deeb spent a little time in the tank before electing to check-call.
Stamm showed 9♣2♣ for a rivered flush, and Deeb could only shake his head as he paid his neighbor.
"It's my day today," claimed Stamm, which Deeb could only agree with.
