Li Eliminates Rheem After Catching Bluff in Huge Pot

Level 12 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Yingui Li
Yingui Li

Chino Rheem raised to 35,000 first-to-act and was three-bet by Yingui Li to 110,000 from directly behind. Action folded back to Rheem, who called.

Both players checked on the 626 flop and Rheem checked again on the 8 turn. Li bet 100,000 and Rheem called.

The J completed the board and Rheem checked again. Li fired 280,000 into the middle and Rheem used up a few time extensions before announcing he was all in for 860,000 total.

Li went into the tank, but eventually put in a single chip to indicate a call. Rheem could only turn over 55, which was no good against the KK of Li to eliminate Rheem and send the massive pot Li’s way.
