Lewis Staying Alive
Level 19
John Lewis: 6x6x8x/6♣5♠8♥8♣
Ari Engel: XxXxXx/K♠7♣9♥10♦
John Lewis was down to just a few chips behind on sixth street as he was facing Ari Engel. Lewis bet with a pair of eights showing. Engel took his time to think it out and eyed Lewis's stack. Eventually, Engel folded.
Lewis turned over 6x6x8x to show he had a boat, three sixes and three eights in fact as he took in a crucial pot for his tournament hopes.
