Jean Gaspard: A♥9♥Kx/A♠5♣9♠8♠
Alan Myerson: XxXxXx/10♦9♦A♣3♦
Action was on seventh street as Alan Myerson was contemplating a bet from Jean Gaspard who is no stranger to deep runs in seven card stud with a runner-up finish in the $10,000 stud championship in 2022.
"If in doubt raise. That's what I always do" said Gaspard with a chuckle. Myerson called eventually. Gaspard tabled aces up.
"See you called cause I said that" Gaspard continued after he got the call which Myerson denied, saying he would have called anyway as Gaspard stacked his chips on what has been a good start here for him.
Adam Friedman: XxXx/J♥3♠Q♦5♦
Opponent: XxXx/K♦7♠9♣2♠
A player opened only to see Adam Friedman three-bet. The original raiser called to generate heads-up action.
Friedman bet at every opportunity, with his opponent check-calling fourth and fifth street. On sixth street, however, Friedman's aggression proved too much as he forced a fold from his opponent, who maintained they "did not believe" Friedman had a strong hand.
"I had you beat" retorted Friedman as he raked in a decent pot.

Opponent: XxXxXx/10♣6♦3♣A♥
Scott Seiver made a bet on seventh and his opponent stood up to think some before he called.
