Jeff Madsen raised to 2,800 from the hijack and Matthew Bretzfield made the call. On the subsequent J♦3♣10♥ flop, Madsen continued for 2,800 and Bretzfield tossed in the required chips for a call.
The 8♦ then came on the turn and Madsen put another 11,400 chips in the middle. After a few minutes of thought, Bretzfield folded his hand as the pot was shipped to Madsen.
