It is not time for Bruce Buffer to win a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet. But the legendary UFC ring announcer wasn't far off from winning a bracelet on Sunday.
Entering the third and final day of Event #39: $50,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold'em (8-Handed), the mixed martial arts enthusiast had the smallest stack out of 13 remaining players.
Sergio Aido raised to 600,000 on the button with K♠J♣. Chance Kornuth called out of the small blind with 10♣9♣ and Viktor Blom defended the big blind with 10♠8♦.
Both players checked the 5♠8♣5♦ flop to see the 2♣ turn. Kornuth led out for 700,000 and only Blom called.
The 5♥ on the river saw Kornuth check then reluctantly fold to a bet of 1,850,000 from Blom.

Viktor Blom limped in from the small blind with 6♣3♣ and Sergio Aido checked his option in the big blind with 9♥7♦.
Both players checked to the river on the K♦9♦6♠Q♣8♠ board where Aido bet 400,000. Blom had bottom pair and found the fold.

The flop of A♣7♥8♥ saw Blom check-call a bet of 800,000 from Aido.
The 10♠ turn got checked through for the 5♥ to come on the river. This time Blom led out for 2,850,000 and got a quick fold from Aido
Chance Kornuth opened 10♥9♥ to 800,000 from the button, and Sergio Aido defended with Q♦2♣ from the big blind.
On the J♠Q♣2♥ flop, Aido checked, Kornuth bet 650,000, and Aido called.
The 2♦ came on the turn which Aido checked again, and Kornuth counted out a bet of 2,200,000 then pushed it across the line. Aido again called.
A 6♥ completed the board and Aido checked for a third time, and Kornuth checked back. Aido took it down with his full house.
Sergio Aido raised to 1,200,000 from the small blind and Chance Kornuth called out of the big blind.
Aido bet 700,000 on the 6♦5♠2♣ flop and Kornuth called.
The 9♠ turn got checked by Aido. Kornuth bet 1,400,000 and Aido called.
The A♣ came on the river and both players checked. Aido showed 8♠6♥, but was second best to the 9♣8♣ of Kornuth
Chance Kornuth raised to 1,300,000 from the small blind with Q♠5♣ and Viktor Blom called from the big blind with Q♦6♦.
On the 3♦8♦5♦ flop, Kornuth check-called a bet of 600,000 from Blom.
A 10♠ came on the turn and after Kornuth checked, Blom bet 1,850,000. Kornuth thought for a moment but eventually folded.
Chance Kornuth called from the small blind and Viktor Blom raised to 1,400,000 out of the big blind. Kornuth then limp-shoved all in for 7,500,000. After getting a count from the dealer, Blom made the call.

The flop of 3♣A♣J♥ hit both players but it was Kornuth who was still in the lead. The 4♣ turn and Q♠ river earned Kornuth the full double up at the expense of Blom.
After winning the blinds in a few previous hands, Viktor Blom raised to 800,000 from the button with K♦6♦ and Chance Kornuth defended is big blind with Q♣8♠
Kornuth check-folded to bet a of 800,000 from Blom on the 4♠2♦6♣ flop.
