The player in the small blind put in a three-bet, before Matusow put in a four-bet all in, which was called by the small blind.

It was Matusow ahead with his set of queens versus the top two pair of the small blind, who also had a flush and straight draw.
When the board ran out J♠ on the turn and K♠ on the river, Matusow improved to a flush, to get the early double up.
