Williams Hits the Rail
Level 3
Big O
Action was picked up on the flop, heads up between Jason Adams, and David Williams with the board showing J♣Q♣2♥. After Williams checked to Adams, he bet out 2,200. Williams then raised all in for 6,800, and Adams made the call.
David Williams: 10♣9♣9♦6♠5♥
Jason Adams: J♦5♣4♠3♦2♣
Adams was ahead with his two pair but had to fade Williams open ended straight-flush draw. The board ran out 5♦ on the turn, and A♥ on the river. Adams improved to a wheel, to scoop the high and low, and eliminated Williams from the tournament.
