Zulker Takes One From Conniff
Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Asher Conniff has had a good start to the tournament, about tripling his starting stack. However, in this one he had to give some back to Michael Zulker.
Action was caught on the 3♦10♠5♣3♠ turn, where Conniff bet 9,000 into a pot of about 20,000 chips. Zulker in early position called.
The river was the A♠. Zulker checked to Conniff, who decided to check behind. Zulker turned over the A♣10♣ for aces and tens, Conniff held on to his cards for a moment and then mucked.
