Ahuja Calls the Last Second

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action was caught on the flop of 7107 with 15,500 chips in the middle.

Ankit Ahuja made it 13,500 from the big blind, and his opponent on the button went all in for no less than 103,000 chips, which Ahuja had covered.

Ahuja observed his opponent and clearly had a tough decision. The clock was called and the tournament director counted to the last of the 30 seconds when Ahuja put his chips in front of him.

Button: AKAll in
Ankit Ahuja: 109

Ahuja made the right call and the turn 6 and river 5 sent his opponent to the rail, while he chipped up to over 100 big blinds.

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel opened to 6,000 from the hijack, and was called by Thomas Boivin on the button, and the big blind.

The flop came AQ9 and the big blind checked Kabrhel who bet out 7,00 and was called by both players.

The turn was the A and all the players checked to see a river.

The river was the 6 and the player from the big blind bet out 22,000. Kabrhel folded, and Boivin called.

The big blind showed J10 for a busted straight draw, and Boivin tabled Q7 for two pair, to take down the pot.

Conniff Silences Kabrhel

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Asher Conniff moved all in for 26,500 from middle position. It folded all the way around to Martin Kabrhel in the big blind.

Kabrhel looked around the table, confirming where the button was, looked at other players stacks, made eye contact with some of the players at the table who were not in the hand and considered it. He confirmed the bet amount three times with the dealer before looking at Conniff.

"Hm?" he said as if Conniff has said something but Conniff just replied "Nothing, it's on you dog." as Kabrhel continued to tank. Eventually after some more looking around at the table, Kabrhel made the call.

Asher Conniff: 1010 All in
Martin Kabrhel: Q7

The board ran out 33A62 and Conniff got the double.

"Garbage call" said Conniff to Kabrhel as he stacked up the double to which Kabrhel did not reply and sat in rare stony silence while staring at Conniff and the table.
