Vanessa Kade fired 4,000 from early position. Her opponent laid it down to send Kade the pot in Level 3.

Reed Shows the Three-Barrel Bluff

Action was caught on the river on the board 832Q9. Robert Reed had just put Nikolai Mamut all in for his last 18,000 chips.

According to the players, preflop action had started with an open from Reed, a three-bet from Mamut and a four-bet from Reed to 5,300, which Mamut called. Reed then bet every street: 3,700 on the flop, 11,500 on the turn and all in on the river.

The pot was already 40,000 chips before Reed’s river bet. Mamut seemed to seriously consider a call. He thought for a very long time, but eventually folded.

Players at the table asked for Reed to show the bluff and he turned over AJ.

Mamut later said that the had AxKx.
