Carson Richards raised to 12,000,000 from early position and Christopher Castellan shoved for 52,000,000 from the hijack. When the action got back to Richards, he made the call.

Christopher Castellan: 88 All in
Carson Richards: AK

Castellan was flipping for his tournament life and his snowmen maintained their lead after the dealer fanned a flop of 375.

A 10 on the turn added a flush draw for Castellan which removed two more outs from Richards.

"Ace of diamonds, ace of diamonds!" said Richard.

Well, ask and you shall receive as the dealer slammed down the A on the river to give Richards top pair, which meant he snatched the pot away from Castellan at the last possible opportunity.

Christopher Castellan raised to 9,000,000 from middle position and Malcolm Trayner called from the hijack. Carson Richard was in the big blind and he also made the call.

The flop fell Q102 which was checked around to the 5 turn. Richards led out for 10,000,000 which got Castellan to fold, but Trayner called.

On the 8 river, Richards counted a bet of 24,000,000 and dropped the chips into the pot, and Trayner quickly called by tossing in a single chip.

"Ace-high' sighed Richards.

Carson Richards opened to 9,000,000 in middle position and Junho Song made the call in the cutoff. Jake Brown also came along in the small blind and announced a check in the dark before the dealer fanned out the 26K flop.

Richards continued for 10,000,000, producing a fold from Song. Brown then check-raised to 20,000,000 and Richards took a moment before announcing all in.

"I'm gonna need an exact count," Brown told the dealer while he contemplated his decision. The total was 74,300,000, representing most of Brown's remaining stack. After a few minutes in the tank, Brown stuck in a calling chip.

Azran Scores a Massive Double-Up Early On

Oshri Azran
Oshri Azran

Oshri Azran raised from the button to 10,000,0000 and Christopher Castellan made the call from the big blind.

On the K59 flop, Castellan check, Azran bet 10,000,000, and Castellan shoved all in. Azran had 35,000,000 behind and wasted no time in making the call which put him at risk.

Oshri Azran: KJ All in
Christopher Castellan: Q9

Azran was in the lead and would join the chip leaders if his hand could hold up. If Castellan could find a way to win the hand, his stack would swell to near 200,000,000 and he would be an overwhelming chip leader.

The turn brought a 10 which swapped some of the outs around, and the Q river improved Castellan to two pair, but also gave Azran a straight which doubled him up.
