Wagner Ripper raised to 60,000 from the cutoff, James Broom ripped it in for 285,000 from the button, and Ripper called when it was back on him after considering it for about a minute.

Yuzhu Wang raised from the hijack to 55,000 before being three-bet by Georgios Sotiropoulos to 125,000. It folded back to Wang who four-bet all in for 510,000. Sotiropoulos quickly made the call to put Wang at risk.

Daly's Comeback Hopes Cut Short by Munteanu

Jason Daly had an action-packed start to the day but it all came to an end just as he started to get a glimmer of hope.

Daly had already doubled up once and shoved all in with Q8 and got called Tyler Cornell's JJ. A runout of Q44610 saw Daly hit top pair and double up.

The very next hand, Bogdan Munteanu shoved all in from the small blind, and Daly snapped from the big blind.
