Moulder Takes From Roland

Level 22 : Limits 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Action was picked up on the first draw in a hand between Mark Roland on the button and Patrick Moulder in the big blind.

Moulder drew one on the first draw and Roland drew two, prompting a bet from Moulder and a call from Roland.

On the second draw, Moulder stood pat and Roland drew two, with the same betting action repeating.

The third draw saw Moulder stand pat a second time and Roland drew one. Both players checked and Roland flashed a 10x which was no good against Moulder's 8x7x6x3x2x for an eight-seven.

A-5 Triple Draw

Hamed Gets Shorter

Level 22 : Limits 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

Jacob Hamed raised from the cutoff, Patrick Moulder called on the button, and Oscar Johansson defended his big blind.

Johansson drew two cards, Hamed took three, and Moulder took two before they all checked.

On the second draw, Johansson took two, Hamed drew one, and Moulder changed two. Hamed then bet out, forcing Moulder out of the pot. Johansson check-called, however, and drew one card.

Hamed followed suit and made another bet thereafter, getting check-called once more.

Hamed grimaced as he tabled 6x4x3x3xAx for a pair of threes, being outdone by the 10x7x5x2xAx of Johannson.

Badugi

Jacob Hamed limped in from the small blind, Patrick Moulder raised, and Hamed called.

Hamed drew two before Moulder stood pat. Hamed then checked, Moulder bet and Hamed raised. Moulder gave it some thought before he called and stood pat after Hamed had done so first.

Hamed bet after the second draw and Moulder flicked in another call. Hamed stood pat and so did Moulder. After the draws, Hamed bet again, but this time Moulder raised.

Hamed three-bet all in and Moulder snap called. Hamed tabled 643A for a six-badugi, but Moulder had been dealt an absolute monster as he patted 632A for a lower six-badugi from the start.

Clayton Doubles Twice

Level 22 : Limits 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Badugi

Shaun Deeb opened from the cutoff, folding out all other players except Russell Clayton who had recently been left with just 30,000 and was automatically all in from the big blind.

Deeb drew two for each draw while Clayton drew one for the first two draws and stood pat for the final draw.

Russell Clayton: QJ74 All in
Shaun Deeb: A3

Deeb was drawing thin against Clayton's Queen-badugi and couldn't catch up when he drew 96 for a three-card nine resulting in a full double up for Clayton.

2-7 Triple Draw

Two hands later at the same table, Chad Eveslage opened from the hijack and Russell Clayton three-bet from the button, moving all in for 60,000 in the process. Shaun Deeb called in the big blind and Eveslage called. Deeb and Eveslage each drew two while Clayton stood pat.

After the first draw Deeb checked, Eveslage bet and Deeb folded leaving Clayton at risk against Eveslage, who drew two and then drew one. Clayton stood pat both times.

Eveslage had a seven-six draw but paired his six while Clayton had held up with 9x7x6x4x2x for a pat-nine to score another full double up.
