Cates bet on sixth and seventh after catching an ace and Gottlieb called him down.
"Ten," said Cates.
"I have an eight," Gottlieb replied as he tabled Qx6x5x for the goods.
"Would you have folded a nine?" Cates asked as Gottlieb collected the pot.
