Kevin Song Eliminated in 8th Place ($46,281)
Level 33
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
The action folded to Manelic Minaya in the small blind who shoved all in, and Kevin Song made the call for his last 1,500,000 from the big blind.
Kevin Song: K♠10♠
Manelic Minaya: K♦7♦
Song was the favorite to win the hand and double up but everything changed once the dealer put out a flop of 2♦A♦J♦, which gave Minaya the nut flush. There was no chance for Song to win the hand as the meaningless runout of 8♠4♣ confirmed his elimination in eighth place.
