Boi Doubles Up

Level 36 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Juan Vecino opened to 1,000,000 from under the gun and he was called by both Noel Rodriguez in the cutoff and Justin Belforti on the button. Paolo Boi in the big blind called as well.

On a flop of A5J, everybody checked to Belforti who bet 1,000,000. However Boi check-raised to 2,300,000 and made Vecino and Rodriguez fold. Belforti went into the tank, and shoved. Boi snap-called for his last 4,650,000.

Paolo Boi: J5 All in
Justin Belforti: A8

Belforti had top pair but Boi flopped two pair, and he doubled up after the 9 turn and the 4 river.

Boi Takes From Mitchell

Level 37 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Brandon Mitchell limped from the small blind so Paolo Boi in the big blind only had to check his option to discover a flop of K78.

Mitchell bet 800,000, then fired a second barrel of 1,600,000 on the A turn. Boi called both times.

Both players checked the 6 river and Mitchell turned over Q6. But Boi with 82 had a better pair and scooped the pot.

Justin Belforti opened 3,000,000 on the button and Paolo Boi slid a stack of 500,000 chips across the line for a raise of 10,000,000. Belforti shrugged as he called off his stack of 5,675,000.

Justin Belforti: J9 All in
Paolo Boi: A3

The 1085 flop gave Belforti an open-ended straight draw. The 10 turn was no help but the J river paired his jack as he ran to the rail to give high fives all around.
