Two hands in quick succession between the Monster Stack winner Pedro Neves and Abhinav Iyer both went the way of the Indian player.
Firstly, Neves raised from under the gun and was three-bet by Iyer to 4,000 on the button. Neves called.
They saw a flop of 9♣7♣10♥ which went check-check to the 9♥ turn. Neves bet 1,500, and Iyer called.
Both checked the 7♦ river and Neves' K♦J♦ was no good against Iyer's A♣Q♠.
The next hand, Iyer raised the cutoff and Neves defended his big blind.
Neves check-called a bet of 1,200 on the Q♠5♣6♣ flop then folded to a 4,000-chip bet from the Iyer on the 6♠ turn.
There was a limp for 800 under the gun before Chris Hunichen raised to 2,500 from the cutoff. He was called by the big blind and the limper.
After the action was checked to Hunichen on the 5♠7♦6♠ board, he fired out a bet of 5,400. This forced two folds from his opponents and Hunichen pulled in the pot.
Julien Sitbon raised to 1,700 from the hijack and Ludovic Geilich defended out of the big blind.
Geilich checked to Sitbon on the Q♠5♥2♣ flop. Sitbon bet 1,200 and Geilich chek-raised to 4,300. Sitbon called and they headed to the turn.
On the K♣ turn Sitbon accidentally checked out-of-turn. Then, Geilich checked and Sitbon bet 3,000. The floor was called over and it was decided that the 3,000 bet would stand if Geilich were to check.
Geilich did check and then folded to 3,000 bet. Geilich expressed his opinions on the rule, saying that it can be taken advantage of. Sitbon apologized profusely for the accident and ensured Geilich that he was being malicious by his action, to Geilich accepted the apology.
On a board of 10♠9♣3♦2♦, the big blind had checked to Espen Jorstad, who fired a bet of 7,600. The big blind called.
The river brought a K♦ and once it checked to Jorstad, he bet 11,000. After some thinking, the big blind folded.
On a board of 7♣3♦8♠5♦ there were around 25,000 chips in the middle when the small blind shoved his 35,000 chips all in, and Francisco Benitez snap-called for his remaining 27,500.

The small blind shoved, drawing stone dead, and watched the meaningless 9♥ hit the river, which confirmed Benitez's double-up with his straight.
There was raise from under the gun to 1,600 and Alex Foxen made the call out of the big blind.
Foxen led out for 1,200 on the 7♥4♥6♣ flop and was met by a raise to 4,200 from his opponent. Foxen called and they headed to a turn.
The 4♦ turn got checked through for 9♠ to come on the river. Foxen led out for 2,900 and his opponent called. Foxen tabled 10♣8♥ for a straight to win the pot
Ethan Yau had become short-stacked with just 1,400 chips. He moved all in from early position and the player in the big blind was the one to put him at risk.
