Johnston Check-Raises in Three-Bet Pot

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 18,000 ante

Andy Hwang raised to 25,000 in the hijack and Michael Johnston called in the cutoff. Antonio Seremet then made it 125,000 to go on the button, which only Johnston called.

Johnston drew one before Seremet stood pat. Johnston then checked, Seremet bet 85,000 and Johnston pushed all in for roughly 200,000 chips.

Seremet snap called and tabled 8x7x6x4x3x for an eight-low, but Johnston had better as he turned over 7x5x4x3x2x for a wheel, doubling him up in a huge pot.

Meanwhile, David "ODB" Baker had accumulated a seven-figure stack at this table.

J Austin Hijar: 9x8x7x5x2x All in
Michael Dreese: 8x7x4x2x

Hijar was ahead with his pat nine but Dreese was live to 14 outs. Luckily for Hijar, Dreese peeled a 10x and he found the full double.

Kell Gets Pipped by Baker

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 15,000 ante

Alexander Kell jammed his final 45,000 chips in from the cutoff and David "ODB" Baker made the call in the big blind. Baker drew one before Kell stood pat.

Alexander Kell: 8x6x5x4x3x All in
David "ODB" Baker: 6x5x4x2x

Kell had patted an absolute monster, but Baker could hit an eight or seven to bust the Austrian.

He did just so when he turned over an 8x as his final card, sending Kell out of the tournament.

On another table, Dario Alioto was also eliminated to leave the event with four tables.
