Winter Calls It and Calls It

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Heads up to a flop of 610A, Brian Winter check-called a bet from Taylor Barton to the tune of 3,200.

The turn brought the 2 and Winter check-called a bet of 7,800.

The river peeled the K and Winter checked a last time before Barton moved all in, covering.

Winter didn't like the bet and went on to say, "If you have queen-jack I'll be sad... but I feel like you would have checked the turn with that?"

He then flicked the call in and Barton showed he did, indeed, have the QJ. Winter tapped the table and flashed the A4 before exiting the tournament area. Only time will tell if Winter will fire another bullet.
